Where to withdraw?
You can find ATMs on the main street in Benajarafa and in Torre del Mar. You don't need much cash, you can pay by card almost everywhere.
Grocery shop
The nearest grocery store is in Almayate, the classic Mercadona is in Torre del Mar and in Chilches. You can also buy bread at the Valle Niza campsite.
Where to eat?
In high season at the beach bar, in low season at restaurants in Almayate, Benajarafe and Torre del Mar. Restaurants and buffets don't do siestas, you can get something to eat at any time of the day.
Pharmacy
There are two on the main street in Benajarafe, and one in Torre del Mar. They don't do e-prescriptions. Many medicines here are named differently, ask for the active ingredient to be sure. Some pharmacists speak English.
Hospitals
The nearest hospital is in Torre del Mar, they speak English and German. The next hospital is Rincón de la Victoria and then of course Málaga.
Opening hours
In Spain, mornings are usually from 9/10 to 13.30. Then a siesta follows, most shops and offices are closed. In the afternoon they open at 4.30pm until 9pm.
